scones

aim: to look at different kitchen ingredients in scones and their effects

recipe
1/2 cup Edmonds standard
1 tsp Edmonds baking powder or 1 tsp baking powder

2 tsp butter
1/4 cup milk, approximately or 1/4 cup lemonade

the recipes my group choose were:
1. normal
2. with lemonade instead of milk
3. with baking power instead of baking soda

    I liked how you filled in your chart with the details of your scones. You had some very different results by the sounds of it.

    I wonder if you can go back and add the process (steps) of this experiment and a final conclusion or reflection about your experience. Once you have done this, you will earn your point.
